JC Stone uses the information submitted through the online rental application to review tenant applications and follow up about available rentals.
Information collected
The application may ask for contact information, date of birth, rental history, employment and income details, references, vehicle details, and answers to standard rental screening questions.
How information is used
Application information is used to identify the listing you are applying for, contact you about your application, review eligibility, verify details where appropriate, and keep records related to the rental process.
Service providers
The application is embedded from Google Forms. When you submit the form, Google may process the response as a service provider. Review Google's privacy terms before submitting sensitive information.
